There are two categories of membership in the NCCA:
Comprised of framing contractors who are signatory to the Carpenters Master Agreement for the 46 Northern California Counties.
Comprised of individuals or firms having an interest in the construction industry and in furthering the objectives and principles of the NCCA.
NCCA membership costs is FREE and annual dues for associate membership are just $350 for each associate member firm.
How can we provide all of these services and benefits to our membership for this nominal fee?
As the recognized industry bargaining group, the NCCA receives money collected by the Union, an allocated amount per carpenter man hour for the promotion of our industry. Signatory union contractors already pay the allocated amount per carpenter man hour, but these funds are distributed by default to other organizations which are not necessarily dedicated to protecting your firm's interest.
Doesn't it make sense to contribute to an organization whose sole purpose is to protect the interest of union framing contractors…one in which your voice will be heard?
Why become a member of the NCCA?
In addition to receiving all of the benefits and services which NCCA members enjoy:
Labor Relations Support
Your membership and participation will enhance the influence of NCCA as a leader in the union carpentry trades of Northern California as well as the vitality of the construction industry.
We exist to promote and protect our industry and members of the Union Framing Contractors of Northern California.
